Start your summer with this special long weekend of core-focused movement classes and workshops that will leave you feeling stronger, more centered, and radiating from your core! Join Hannah and Julia for their warm-hearted retreat into the hills of the Berkshires where you'll enjoy daily yoga classes with a side of hiking, swimming, meditation, campfire, hot tubs, and delicious local, home-cooked food. Rest, reset, and retreat!
Angels’ Rest “rests” in the heart of nature in the small, peaceful, town of Leyden, MA. The Center boasts hiking trails to beautiful views on the property, a Thai Spirit House, Mayan/Peruvian ceremonial fire holder, meditation bench, fire circle, Peace Pole, jacuzzi and pool.
Accommodation + Pricing:
Shared Room and Bath: $850/person. Share a room with your friends and fellow participants and enjoy the view of the neighboring meadow and luxury pool.
Private Room and Bath SOLD OUT: Queen or King bed with personal bathroom. Can be occupied by one for the listed price, or two people for $700 each.

Transportation & Timing:
Please plan on arriving between 2:00pm-3:30pm on Friday May 31st. Our opening practice will begin at 4pm.
Check out time is scheduled for 12pm on Sunday June 2nd.
We will send out an email in May to help coordinate carpooling.

meet the teachers!
Hannah is a life-long practitioner and international teacher of movement. She has a diverse background as a professional salsa dancer, competitive boxer, and spoken-word poet. Hannah's classes are uniquely powerful, incorporating an in-depth focus to breath movement and poetic dialogue. In her sequencing, you will intelligently and creatively explore accessible arm balancing, challenging transitions, and a feel-good flow of asanas. Hannah's passion is to hold space for her students to gain a greater somatic understanding of themselves, and a more refined sense of presence through the practice of movement and breath.

Julia Hanlon, RYT-500, has had the joy and privilege of teaching yoga since 2010. Julia is passionate about making yoga accessible to everybody and founded a free yoga studio at Bates College, her alma mater. With a BA in Ethnomusicology and Religion, Julia brings her studies of chanting and mindfulness to her soulful teaching style. Julia’s teaching integrates elements of vinyasa, restorative, and Baptiste into her inspired classes. As an avid runner, Julia has taught yoga to athletes around the world. In Julia’s classes, be challenged to explore your mind, body, and spirit.
