In this workshop, we will start with a review of the basics for an intelligent handstand practice. We will then explore transitions in and out of handstand: how to kick up, how to fall out, and the principles of a press-up handstand. You will leave this workshop with clear steps that you can safely practice on your own to improve your handstand every day!
You don't have to already be able to do a handstand to attend. All levels of hand-standing are welcome!
